Role

Summary:

The Onsite Accounting Clerk supports the financial and administrative operations of the Association. This role includes working with resident accounts, processing transactions, and providing customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Post deposits and record payments
  • Enter invoices and assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Respond to resident inquiries regarding balances and payments
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of bookkeeping, accounting, and administrative experience
  • Basic knowledge of AR/AP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in property management or condominium associations preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
