Role Summary The Onsite Accounting Clerk supports the financial and administrative operations of the Association. This role includes working with resident accounts, processing transactions, and providing customer service.
Responsibilities Post deposits and record payments
Enter invoices and assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable Respond to resident inquiries regarding balances and payments
Maintain accurate records and files
Provide general administrative support as needed
