Role Overview: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing rapid and accurate service to customers orders, making pizzas, maintaining cleanliness, and handling administrative and inventory tasks. This role helps support the team and offers opportunities for advancement.

• Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Take orders over the phone and in person.
• Deal with customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Make high‑quality Domino’s pizzas following food safety and portion control guidelines.
• Operate all kitchen and point‑of‑sale equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and assemble orders.
• Receive and process telephone orders, enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch‑screen, and manage cash transactions including correct monetary change.
• Take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and maintain accurate records.
• Clean equipment and facility regularly (daily). Maintain hygiene and adhere to food safety standards.
• Communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and over the phone with customers and co‑workers.
• Use basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and a calculator for order totals and change.
• Coordinate ocular‑manual tasks for precise, fast movements, including pizza dough handling.
• Enter orders using keyboard or touch‑screen.

• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces (up to 500°F), fumes.
• Cramped storage areas such as walk‑in cooler.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts; proper safety procedures required.

• Standing for extended periods; walking, lifting (delivery items up to 50 lbs), carrying (cans up to 30 lbs, pizzas up to 12 lbs), pushing/pulling trays on dollies (24‑30 lbs). Climbing stairs or ladders occasionally.
• Forward bending and reaching while working at the pizza assembly station and front counter.
• Repetitive motions, eye‑hand coordination, fine motor tasks for dough shaping.
• Durability for 30‑45 s duration of tasks; repeated throughout day.
