Role OverviewAs a Communications Specialist, you will play a critical characteristic in ensuring seamless conversation between traffic and the hotel group. Your primary duties will consist of coping with reservations, addressing visitor inquiries, and improving the general traveler experience. This characteristic requires fantastic customer support talents, hobby to element, and the capability to work collaboratively the flow into purposeful groups.
