Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 / year

The Engineering Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to HEDSouth's Engineering team, managing staff workload and scheduling to keep deliverables on track.

Your

Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
• Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)

• Workload Management:
  Coordinate engineering staff assignments and deliverable schedules
• Tasks:
  Create/track tasks and flag scheduling conflicts
• Cross-Team Coordination:
  Link between Engineering and Sales, PM, Procurement, Installation, Programming, and Service
• Documentation:
  Process and distribute drawings, equipment lists, specs, and project docs
• Reporting:
  Generate weekly engineering status/schedule reports

• Engineering Department Assistant
• Bonus if you know Microsoft Teams/Office, CAD, I-Point, Bluebeam, or AV/automation systems
