Enterprise Resilience Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an Enterprise Resilience Specialist for a 12-month contract opportunity in Orlando, FL within the financial services industry. This role supports the tactical execution of an Enterprise Resilience program across Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, partnering with business leaders, engineering teams, reliability groups, infrastructure stakeholders, and technology services.

The Enterprise Resilience Specialist will help facilitate Business Impact Analyses, maintain Business Continuity Plans, support Disaster Recovery documentation, coordinate exercises, and manage program records in a GRC platform. This role is ideal for someone who can translate stakeholder input into clear documentation, track action items with precision, and keep resilience initiatives moving forward.

• Coordinate and facilitate Business Impact Analysis campaigns, including stakeholder outreach, meeting facilitation, progress tracking, and quality review.
• Support the development, review, and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans to align with program standards and regulatory expectations.
• Partner with engineering and reliability teams to maintain service-level Disaster Recovery Plans, including RTO, RPO, dependencies, backup strategies, and failover approaches.
• Assist with DR tabletop exercises, technical validation activities, outcome documentation, and remediation tracking.
• Maintain Enterprise Resilience records, templates, workflows, datasets, dashboards, and reporting within a GRC platform.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, manage action logs, follow up on deliverables, and support program communications and documentation.

• Pay Rate: $60 to $80 per hour.

• Coordinate Business Impact Analysis efforts and support Business Continuity Plan development across business teams.
• Facilitate Disaster Recovery Plan documentation and testing support with engineering and technology stakeholders.
• Maintain resilience program data, templates, dashboards, and records within GRC tooling.
• Track action items, remediation plans, project deliverables, and stakeholder follow-ups to support program execution.
• AWS, Cloud Native, GRC experience required.
• 3+ years of experience supporting or implementing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs in a corporate environment.
• Working knowledge of cloud-native environments, especially AWS concepts such as multi-AZ, multi-region, backup, replication, and failover.
• Familiarity with RTO, RPO, dependency mapping, service resiliency documentation, and recovery planning.
• Strong program coordination, project tracking, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage business stakeholders and engineering teams and translate discussions into structured program artifacts.
• Strong spreadsheet skills with the ability to manage, normalize, review, and analyze structured datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and execution-focused with a strong commitment to data quality and follow-through.

• Experience with GRC platforms, especially Logic Gate/Risk Cloud.
• Familiarity with similar tools such as Archer, Service Now, or Fusion.
• Experience supporting resilience, risk, compliance, or continuity programs in financial services, Fin Tech, or another regulated environment.
• Experience creating user enablement materials, reference documentation, procedures, standards, or training content.
• Experience working with reliability, infrastructure, AWS, or platform engineering stakeholders.
