Part-Time: 7A-3P, 3P-11P, 11P-7A

Full-Time: 3P-11P, 11P-7A

We are now hiring full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses(LPNs) that are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. We offer a unique staffing structure with incentives.

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy

• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
• CPR Certification required
• Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
