Full-Time & Part-Time All Shifts Available STARTING PAY: $16.77 PER HOUR + SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS Position Overview
Serenity Bay Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. CNAs provide quality hands-on care while promoting dignity, safety, comfort, and independence for our residents.
Schedule Options- Full-Time or Part-Time positions available
- All shifts available
- Day Shift
- Evening Shift
- Night Shift
- Shift differentials available for applicable shifts
- Starting wage of $16.77 per hour

- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility as needed
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
- Maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and comfort
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control practices
- Accurately document care provided and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
- Current CNA certification in the State of Florida
- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful resident care
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
