Lids - 11401 Pines Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is unavailable;
Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on procedures;
Ensure adherence to policies, dress code, and brand standards; maintain store cleanliness and merchandising;
Drive customer experience and achieve KPIs and sales targets through effective selling strategies and membership programs
