Opening Shift - 10am to 4pm - Pembroke Pines.

As a Retail Sales Associate, some of your core activities will include:

• Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Dazzlers, Shakes, Smoothies and Cakes.
• Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments.
• Clean up and organize customer areas, production areas, and back-room/storage.
• Prepare and re-stock ingredients.
• Perform all activities outlined in shift management procedures.

Requirements:

• Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests.
• Be knowledgeable and capable in describing key attributes of the Häagen-Dazs product to guests.
• Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented on the menu.
• Weigh all cups and ingredients in our recipes before mixing and/or serving the guests.
• Follow the correct ice cream scooping method.
• Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance.
• Report to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform.

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Willing to perform all assigned activities.
• Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and care.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
