Provide exemplary leadership for the store by driving the company culture and strategies, achieving targeted results, championing exceptional pet parent service and efficient execution of the store’s daily business;
Lead people leadership activities including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating; manage staffing and scheduling; develop associates and succession planning;
Ensure a safe, compliant store environment and oversee customer/pet parent experience in-store and online;
Manage store financial outcomes including P&L, expenses, payroll, and inventory levels; analyze reports and drive improvements;
Collaborate with Store Leadership team to execute corporate strategies and optimize in-store operations and community events
