Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple OEM brands and dealership inventories to maximize order capture and improve customer service levels;
Build strong relationships with collision centers, independent repair facilities, and wholesale accounts to increase customer retention and parts penetration;
Accurately identify, quote, and process parts using multiple OE electronic parts catalogs;
Support Outside Sales Representatives by providing inside sales coverage, quote follow-up, and opportunity development
