Outbound Sales Representative

Outbound Sales Representative – Pest Control Hoffer Pest Solutions is looking for a motivated, results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll connect with residential and commercial customers over the phone — reactivating past customers, upselling services, and setting up appointments for our commercial sales team. What You'll Do:

Customer Engagement Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly

Make outbound calls to introduce residential and commercial customers to our pest control services

Follow up with past customers, including one-time service clients, canceled accounts, and seasonal service opportunities

Sales Activities Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls across several customer segments, including:

Termite service renewals

Service plan upgrades

Reconnecting with past leads

Follow-ups on one-time services

Reactivating canceled accounts

Outreach to select commercial industries

Seasonal service upgrades

Commercial Sales Support Identify and qualify commercial sales opportunities

Schedule qualified inspection appointments for our commercial field sales team Research and engage prospects in target commercial industries

Coordinate with field sales staff to ensure appointments are well-prepared and on target

Reporting & Administration Keep accurate, up-to-date records of calls and customer interactions in our CRMTrack and report on personal performance metrics, including call volume and conversion rates

Provide administrative support for scheduling and coordinating sales activities

Help monitor and refine customer outreach campaigns based on results

What We're Looking For Previous experience in outbound and inside sales, or customer service (pest control or home services industry a plus)
Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working toward daily and weekly call and sales targets

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM software

Self-motivated with a positive, persistent attitude
