Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $65,000 Base Salary + Commission | Realistic Annual Earning Potential of $100,000+

Why Join NEPR?

At Natural Elements Painting & Repair (NEPR), we believe sales is about more than closing deals -- it's about building trust, solving customer problems, and creating long-term partnerships.

Since 2006, we have built our reputation by delivering quality work, communicating clearly, and becoming the trusted partner customers want to call again. As our Sales Developer, you'll have the opportunity to directly impact our growth by developing new commercial relationships, helping customers find the right solutions, and seeing your efforts translate into measurable business results.

You’ll be joining a growing sales team that values collaboration, accountability, and having fun while working toward ambitious goals. Our team currently includes one local Sales Estimator and two remote Estimators. Together, we are working toward $2.3M in sales this year and $4M in sales next year. We celebrate our wins, tell jokes, support each other, and hold one another accountable to reaching our goals.

If you are someone who enjoys building relationships, pursuing opportunities, and taking ownership of your results, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
