Security Officer - PT Patrol Rounds

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely communication with site leadership and/or emergency services;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, patient care areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or policy concerns;
Control access by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials as required, and directing visitors to appropriate destinations in accordance with site-specific protocols;
Document security-related activities, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and participate in shift briefings and handoffs to support continuity of operations
