Will Scot Corporation - - - Responsibilities:
Inspect buildings and perform repairs or readiness work including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and related tasks;
Perform check-in/out inspections of off-rented buildings to determine repair scope and damages for invoicing;
Create floor plan drawings as needed;
Maintain proper inventory levels of equipment/tools/parts required for service tasks;
Provide courteous customer service and explain repairs and services to customers
