Adara is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for the Park at Walden Lake community. You will lead, train, and guide maintenance staff, oversee service requests, coordinate make-readies, and ensure efficient work orders and resident satisfaction.
The role requires at least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience, a valid HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, and a personal set of tools. You may participate in on-call rotation; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
