Key responsibilities include:

Leading shifts and supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy
Delivering high standards of care to children and young people
Assisting with emotional, behavioural, and social development needs
Promoting independence and resilience
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, regulatory, and organisational policies
Mentoring and supporting less experienced team members
Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and structured home environment

Ideal candidate profile:

Proven experience working within a residential children’s home environment
Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or actively working towards it
Full UK driving licence
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passionate about safeguarding and delivering child-centred care
