Title: Controller

Salary: $130,000-$160,000

Location: Greater Boston, 90% remote

Financial Controller Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all day-to-day accounting functions including month-end close, financial reporting, AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations

• Manage inventory accounting, intercompany transactions, and ensure compliance with US GAAP

• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial reporting, analysis, and operational support

• Drive ERP optimization, automation initiatives, and continuous process improvements

• Collaborate with international finance leadership while serving as the primary finance lead for the US business

Financial Controller Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a Controller or Senior Accounting role

• Hands-on experience managing full-cycle accounting within a small or midsize organization

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting

• Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics NAV, or a similar ERP preferred

• Self-starter with excellent attention to detail, an ownership mentality, and a passion for process improvement and automation
