Sr Accountant's; Hybrid Pembroke or Natick

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Staff/Senior Accountant (Public Accounting) for a hybrid role in Pembroke or Natick, MA. Kforce is partnering with a growing, multi-location public accounting firm seeking to add a Staff or Senior Accountant due to continued expansion.

• Support and coordinate engagement planning (staffing, scheduling, workflow)
• Monitor engagements to ensure timelines and budgets are met
• Execute and lead complex areas of audit and accounting work
• Review work papers for accuracy and compliance with firm standards
• Review financial statements, reports, and tax returns
• Assist in mentoring and guiding junior staff on engagements

• Public accounting experience (audit/tax mix preferred)
• CPA or pursuing
• Strong technical accounting and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
