Join NEW ENGLAND WOOD FLOORS INC as an Office Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our dynamic team in Pembroke, MA. Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for the team.
  • Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation.
  • Support the team with data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and workflow.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the construction or flooring industry is a plus.
