Job Description- Knowledge of Programs:
Power School, SCOIR, PS Enrollment, Frontline Special Education, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and others as required - Coordinate college visits/college fairs
- Ready all forms for incoming freshman, new students and transferring students
- Help with freshman orientation
- Print schedules for the entire school 9–12 by advisor
- Help students with grades, progress reports, report cards, schedules, transcripts, work permits, and Power School
- Help counselors with letters, memos, schedules, phones, filing, printing and mailing records
- Order supplies for office and counselors
- Uploading/entering of test scores; PSAT, SAT, ACT, MCAS
- Upload transcripts to the NCAA
- Print schedules for parents for “Back to School Night”
- Print progress reports
- Print term report cards and mail
- Alumni – invites, newspaper, café
- Help teachers, parents and students with SCOIR
- Upload transcripts into SCOIR
- Keep records of monies and send to Administration
- Plan Senior Awards Night
- Plan Underclassmen Awards Ceremony
- Print final transcripts and send to colleges
- Print final reports cards for all grades and mail
- All other duties assigned by supervising administrator specific to the needs of the department or building.
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $27 to $32 Per Hour

Job Requirements- High School Diploma and at least 2 years of experience in one or more responsible administrative and/or secretarial positions.
- Familiarity with district town.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Detail-oriented and a high level of proficiency and accuracy in all duties.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Ability to process and appropriately maintain sensitive, confidential material about employees and students.
- Ability to interact appropriately, and in a positive manner, with public, staff and students.
- At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
- High School/Trade School degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
