Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health, New Graduate Opportunity
Pembroke Hospital is currently interviewing for day (7am-3pm) and evening (3pm-11:30pm) shift RNs and new graduates. All positions offer a full benefits package, with opportunities for overtime and variety of shifts. New graduates who have their NCLEX scheduled are encouraged to apply.
The Evening shift position is eligible for a $8,000 sign‑on bonus.
Pembroke Hospital is a 120‑bed acute care, inpatient behavioral health facility located south of Boston, in Pembroke, MA. It offers inpatient and partial hospitalization treatment for teens, adults, and older adults, and is dedicated to assessing, stabilizing, and treating patients.
The Registered Nurse is a vital part of the multidisciplinary treatment team. With proper training, you will work with diverse populations, be trained in psychiatric group processes, age‑specific care, trauma‑informed care, therapeutic boundaries, and crisis intervention techniques.
