Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health (New Graduate Opportunity) at Pembroke Hospital. Positions available for day (7 am–3 pm) and evening (3 pm–11:30 pm) shifts. All roles include a full benefits package, opportunities for overtime, and the option to cover additional shifts. New graduates with an upcoming NCLEX are encouraged to apply. The evening shift includes a $8,000 sign‑on bonus.
Responsibilities- Provide safe and therapeutic care for inpatient and partial hospitalization behavioral health patients.
- Identify and address patient needs consistently.
- Deliver general and psychiatric patient care and crisis intervention.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Document and communicate any unusual changes in client behaviors.
- Participate in psychiatric group processes, age‑specific care, trauma‑informed care, therapeutic boundary management, and crisis intervention techniques.
- Student loan repayment – $200 per month.
