Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity - Behavioral Health
This Registered Nurse (RN) position at Pembroke Hospital is either full time (40 hrs or 32 hrs) or part time (24hrs), offers a comprehensive benefits package, and there is an opportunity to work days (6:45am - 3:15pm), evenings (2:45pm - 11:15pm) or overnights (10:45pm - 7:15am). There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested. New graduates are welcome to apply for the day or evening shift position.

Evenings - $8,000 Overnights - $10,000 Pembroke Hospital is a 120-bed acute care, inpatient behavioral health facility located south of Boston, in Pembroke, MA. Situated on 26 acres, we offer inpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to teens, adults and older adults, and our services are designed to assess, stabilize, and treat patients by addressing their primary symptoms and problems.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital part of Pembroke Hospital's multidisciplinary treatment team. With proper training, you will work with culturally and generationally diverse populations to meet their individual needs.
You will be trained on psychiatric group processes, age-specific care, trauma informed care, therapeutic boundaries, and crisis intervention techniques. As a Registered Nurse, you will: ensure a safe and therapeutic environment, consistently identify patient needs, provide general and psychiatric patient care, evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, document and communicate unusual changes in client behaviors.
