Retail Associate

As a Retail Associate, you will greet customers, deliver exceptional service, and handle any customer inquiries. Your goal is to provide exceptional customer service and experiences using good communication and listening skills.

• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the brand and “The Irving” customer experience standards.
• Greet customers, including answering phones, providing the highest level of customer service that is unique to the Irving experience.
• Scan products; receive and process all payment transactions according to standard procedures and help customers use processing equipment.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints in line with policies and procedures.
• Keep track of all cash/credit transactions, count cash intake, and perform audits (daily, weekly, and monthly) ensuring cash/credit intake equals receipts.
• Assist in the maintenance of the store and stocking shelves as needed.

• Basic math skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Good customer service skills.
• Good communication skills.

• 2 years in a customer service role.
• GED or equivalent.
