In-Home Therapist

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts seeks In-Home Therapists (IHT) to provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in client homes, targeting youth behavioral needs.

The position offers a 4-day workweek with optional early Friday closures during summer, providing a 3-day weekend each week.

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or a CBHI-approved program
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting (highly desirable)
• Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders (preferred)
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum (desirable)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
• Secure high-speed internet
• Competent in Spanish or another language (bilingual preferred)
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; we do not sponsor visas

• Option to work a traditional 5-day week or a 4-day week (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)
• Early Friday closures (12:30 pm) from Memorial Day through Labor Day

• Full-time salary: $64,000 – $72,000
• Incentive rate: $60 per hour over productivity, or fee-for-service rate: $50 – $70 per hour
