As a Yard Worker, you will play a crucial role in preparing samples and display orders for trade shows. Your responsibilities will include picking and preparing orders, as well as operating a sit-down forklift. You will be involved in loading and unloading trucks, particularly flatbeds, and assisting in production as needed. The role requires outdoor yard work approximately 75% of the time.

• Prepare samples and display orders for trade shows.
• Pick and prepare orders efficiently and accurately.
• Operate a sit-down forklift to assist in material handling.
• Load and unload trucks, specifically flatbeds, ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Assist in production tasks as needed.
• Perform outdoor yard work the majority of the time.

• Proficient in operating a sit-down forklift.
• Experience in general labor and material handling.
• Ability to work with power tools and hand tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to handle heavy lifting.
• Experienced in preparing orders and inventory management.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Experienced in outdoor labor, construction, and landscaping.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs with ease.
• Mechanically inclined with experience in loading and unloading trucks.

The work environment consists of 75% outdoor work and 25% indoor work in the display room. Be prepared to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. The shift is Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pen Argyl, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
