The role of Membership Sales Executive is a specialised role designed to add onsite support at our premium hotel partner’s dining venues. The role has a direct report to TouchPoint’s Senior Management Team, while day to day working with the hotel’s F&B Director or other designated position with the hotel.
The Membership Sales Executive's primary role is twofold:
- To grow the hotel member base.
- To provide assistance to members regarding membership matters.
- To work closely with the hotel F&B team in supporting member experiences, ensuring that it is positive and memorable.
- To keep yourself updated with relevant hotel happenings.
- To create stronger levels of member recognition through hotel events and promotions.
- To maintain close communication with TouchPoint and hotel management, reporting on KPIs.
- To assist in the planning, execution and hosting of member events at the hotel as required
- To attend regular hotel F&B meetings as required.
- $3500 - $5000
- Commission linked to new member on-boarding
- All other entitlements (including annual leave, PH pay and CPF) in line with MOM.
- On-site at partner hotel.
- Wednesday to Sunday, 12pm to 9pm.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin is a bonus).
- Experience in service/ hospitality/ sales industry is preferred.
