Job Overview

Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales). Responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of commercial tires and wheels, delivering excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing, rebuilding, or calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintaining equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Providing excellent customer service and promoting store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise

• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid‑pace environment
• Capability for frequent lifting of 35‑75 pounds, bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.

Pay range: $14.85 – $24.50 hourly (full‑time positions after eligibility).
