Job Description

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing, rebuilding, and calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintaining equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform off‑site and emergency road services
• Providing excellent customer service and promoting store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise

• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a rapid‑pace environment
• Ability to lift 35–75 pounds regularly
• Ability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, reach, walk, and stand continuously
• On‑the‑job training available; experience not required

$14.85 – $24.50 per hour for full‑time positions. Benefits include:
