Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $615–$650 per hour
  • Orientation Rate:
    Half of hourly rate, applicable after 8 hours
  • Holiday Rate: 1.5x regular hourly rate for holidays

What You'll Do
  • Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care at a leading facility in Pendleton, OR
  • Support chemotherapy protocols and outpatient treatments
  • Perform bone marrow biopsies and other required procedures
  • Manage 15-18 patients daily with 1-3 consults per week
  • Collaborate with support staff including Hemoc-trained ARNPs and nurses
  • Document care using ECW and Meditech EMR systems
  • Maintain compliance with facility protocols and quality standards
What You Need
  • Valid medical license and certification in Hematology/Oncology
  • Minimum of 3+ years' clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology
  • Proficiency in bone marrow biopsies and outpatient care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently in a outpatient clinic setting

Join a well-respected outpatient hematology/oncology practice supporting a hospital-based chemotherapy program. This role involves direct clinical care in a supportive environment with experienced staff, excellent resources, and a focus on patient-centered treatment. No inpatient admissions; see 15-18 outpatient patients daily, with occasional consults.
