Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $615 - $650 per hour
• Orientation Rate:
  Half of the hourly rate (applies after 8 hours)
• Holiday Pay: 1.5x hourly rate on holidays

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care at a leading facility in Pendleton, OR
• Administer chemotherapy and conduct bone marrow biopsies
• Support approximately 15-18 outpatient visits per day
• Manage 1-3 consults weekly
• Collaborate with ARNP and nursing staff trained in hematology support
• Ensure quality care consistent with hospital and clinical standards
• Support the outpatient chemotherapy program and patient management

What You Need

• Valid Hematology/Oncology Board Certification
• Minimum 3+ years of outpatient hematology/oncology experience
• Able to perform bone marrow biopsies
• Active state license in Oregon (or eligible for licensing)
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
