Position: Home Health RN in Pendleton, OR
An opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in Home Health nursing to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a rural setting. This role requires someone with a minimum of three years of nursing experience who can operate independently with minimal supervision.

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time position
• Day shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
• Weekend rotation shared among five clinicians
• Not to exceed 40 hours per week
• Special schedule surrounding weekend shifts to maintain work-life balance

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active RN license with a focus or experience in Home Health nursing preferred
• Minimum three years of nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work independently and manage patients with minimal supervision
• Reliable personal automobile for patient visits in various home settings, including assisted living or adult foster homes

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in weekend rotation and adhere to scheduled shifts
