Travel CT Technologist

Overview

TNAA Total Med Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Pendleton, Oregon. The role involves 40 hours per week on a 10‑hour shift schedule.

As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for the operation of computed tomography equipment and ensuring accurate image capture for medical interpretation. Key tasks include:

• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests, and explain procedures to patients.
• Interpret physicians’ written instructions correctly.
• Position patients for targeted scans.
• Use CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance visibility.
• Evaluate image quality and address technical issues.
• Follow radiation safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Use the McKesson PACS system.

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a CT Technologist.
• ARRT (CT) certification and valid BLS qualification.
• State‑specific licensing when required.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop comfortably.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
