Dependent on experience and credential
MLT Starts at $28 per hour (plus night shift differential)

It will predominately be within chemistry, but there is the potential to cross train in immunohematology. Minimum Qualifications- Work Authorization:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - Education:
Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology. - Certification: ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) certification or an equivalent credential required.

Physical Requirements
As a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) at Interpath Laboratory, you’ll be working in a highly specialized, safety‑focused environment where adherence to protective protocols is essential. Team members must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including lab coats, gloves, goggles, and face shields, at all times while handling potentially infectious samples.
Physical & Functional Requirements- Stand or sit for extended periods while conducting laboratory testing.
- Lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Distinguish color and pass a vision acuity test in compliance with CAP regulations.
This role falls under OSHA Category I, meaning tasks involve potential exposure to blood, body fluids, and/or tissues. All employees performing these duties are offered the Hepatitis‑B vaccination series, and the laboratory provides the necessary precautions and training to protect the team.
