Variable Hours, Mostly Day shift with some coverage required for other shifts
Wage:
Position starts at $34 per hour for MLS, $28 per hour for MLT

What You’ll Do- Perform high‑complexity hematology tests, including blood cell counts, coagulation tests, urinalysis, and body fluid analysis.
- Analyze and interpret results with precision, ensuring rapid and reliable reporting to healthcare providers.
- Operate advanced laboratory instruments while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in quality control, proficiency testing, and assurance programs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, continuously expanding skills and expertise.
- Maintain meticulous records of lab activities and test results.

Minimum Qualifications- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Associate's Degree in Medical Technology.
- ASCP certification or equivalent credential required.
- Consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Independence and adaptability in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
- Commitment to ethics, confidentiality, and patient privacy.
Physical Requirements
Work in a highly specialized, safety‑focused environment. PPE required at all times. Candidates must stand or sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and pass a vision acuity test.
Safety & ComplianceThis role falls under OSHA Category I. All employees performing these duties are offered the hepatitis‑B vaccination series.
