Wage:
Position starts at $34 per hour for MLS, $28 per hour for MLT

• Perform high‑complexity hematology tests, including blood cell counts, coagulation tests, urinalysis, and body fluid analysis.
• Analyze and interpret results with precision, ensuring rapid and reliable reporting to healthcare providers.
• Operate advanced laboratory instruments while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in quality control, proficiency testing, and assurance programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, continuously expanding skills and expertise.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Associate's Degree in Medical Technology.
• ASCP certification or equivalent credential required.
• Consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Independence and adaptability in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Commitment to ethics, confidentiality, and patient privacy.

Work in a highly specialized, safety‑focused environment. PPE required at all times. Candidates must stand or sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and pass a vision acuity test.

This role falls under OSHA Category I. All employees performing these duties are offered the hepatitis‑B vaccination series.
