Job Summary
TNAA Total Med Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Pendleton, Oregon. The position lasts 13 weeks, requires 40 hours per week, and consists of ten‑hour day shifts. The role involves evaluating, developing, and executing care plans for patients in an acute care setting.
Responsibilities- Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians)
- Bill within the facility following billing guidelines
- Comply with PT board rules and state regulations
- Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team‑focused plan of care
- Understand and utilize adaptive equipment
- Evaluate patients and create a plan of care
- Modify the plan of care as needed based on patient condition
- Use Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks
- Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines
- BLS certification
- State‑specific licensing
- Minimum six months of experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply). Exceptional candidates with one year of experience may be considered.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
Pay is based on ten‑hour shifts and forty hours per week (subject to confirmation). A tax‑free stipend will be determined accordingly.
