We’re seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services in Pendleton, OR.

- Evaluate patients to determine functional abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation goals
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, strength, coordination, and cognitive function
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, home exercise programs, and assistive equipment
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
- Recommend adaptive devices and environmental modifications to promote independence and safety
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and rehabilitation standards
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while encouraging patient participation and recovery
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapist License
- Minimum 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience
- Current BLS Certification required
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles, therapeutic interventions, and adaptive equipment
- Excellent assessment, communication, and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to assist patients with transfers, mobility, and functional activities
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services
