Travel Occupational Therapist - Orthopedics

TNAA Total Med Allied is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Pendleton, Oregon.

• Review patients’ medical history, ask questions, and observe them performing tasks.
• Evaluate patient conditions and determine needs.
• Develop treatment plans with specific goals and activities to help patients progress.
• Assist patients with various disabilities to perform daily tasks.
• Assess patients’ home or workplace for health‑based improvements.
• Educate families and employers on accommodations and care.
• Recommend and instruct on use of special equipment.
• Record activities, progress, and generate reports for billing and reporting to physicians.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation per state and insurance guidelines.

• Minimum 6 months of professional experience as an Occupational Therapist (new graduates encouraged).
• Active BLS certification.
• National Board Certified OT (NBCOT) or OT Training Resource (OTR) certification.
• State license for the state of Oregon.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for extended periods.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
