JOB SUMMARYGreeting guests arriving at and departing from the resort, providing prompt and friendly service with luggage from car to hotel check-in. shall escort guests to the room, providing information that will make their stay comfortable, safe, and enjoyable.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Provides prompt, friendly service to ensure guest satisfaction and return visits.
- Promptly greets customers entering the resort, opening exterior resort doors and/or assisting with luggage removal from the car and carrying them to the front desk for check-in.
- Escorts guests to accommodations, visually inspects rooms and points out room features.
- Respond to guest inquiries, providing directions, information, and assistance as appropriate.
- Deliver mail, packages, and other items to the guest room.
- Responds to guests' request for assistance with luggage upon departure, moving luggage from room to vehicle or storage area. Handles delivery of group luggage upon request.
