Minimum Qualifications- HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
- Minimum 3-4 years of operations experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts).
- Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid Driver's License in good standing & access to private transportation required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Working knowledge of cost of goods sales.
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focused.
