Area Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the General Managers assigned within their specific area
• Ensure the requirements are met for assigned properties
• Assist hotels to achieve goals and objectives including operational support
• Ensure general managers have clear and concise goals
• Provide coaching and mentoring to assigned managers
• Ensure compliance through audits and trip checks
• Manage day-to-day operations ensuring sanitation and cleanliness standards are met
• Communicate with guests and provide exceptional service
• Manage cost control and expenditures
• Oversee employee development including recruiting, hiring, training, and relations
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two or four year college degree preferred
• At least two years of successful Oxford employment
• Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
• Must have valid drivers license and meet company driving standards
• Must have strong computer skills;
  Microsoft products, Room Key
• Must have excellent organization and time management skills
