Whatyou will do
The Whey Warehouse Operator is a prominent member of the production team and is responsible for ensuring that all pallets of product being loaded for shipment meet TCCA’s high standard of quality.
Here’s a day in the life- Must comply with GMP, HACCP, Safety rules and other company operating requirements.
- Clean and sanitize systems while following Master Sanitation Schedule.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshoot and solve any processing problems during operation.
- Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain the warehouse areas in a safe, sanitary, and efficient working order.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
0-3 yrs experience in food industry preferred.
Whey Plant Experience Desired.
Ability to obtain scissor lift and pallet jack certifications.
