Atkore is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Day Shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM) to lead manufacturing teams in a plastic pipe/conduit extrusion environment. You will drive Lean Daily Management, improve Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity, and coach team members to solve problems and optimize operations.
You will also develop plans to engage teams, manage schedules and overtime, and mentor staff to reach performance goals while upholding Atkore values of Accountability,
