Nwyouthcorps is seeking a Community Wildfire Protection Crew (CWPC) Member to help create fire-resilient communities in Eastern Oregon. This 450-hour Ameri Corps term includes a living stipend and an education award after completion.
Members will work on physically demanding projects, camp continuously with their crew, and participate in training covering various essential skills required for wildfire safety and management.
The position requires a commitment to community building, safety, and personal development while working in challenging environments.
