Salary: $ - $ (DOE) with bonus potential | Exempt, Full-Time | Anticipated Territory:
Tri-Cities, Walla Walla, and Pendleton Area

Work-Life Quality
- Monday-Friday schedule | Typical hours 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

- Credentials: Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP, FNP, ARNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant/Associate (PA-C), licensed in the state of employment
- Experience: 1–2 years of wound care and/or surgical experience preferred but not required — extensive paid training is provided
- Mobility: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance — this role covers a regional territory
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast‑paced clinical setting
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills — you’ll work with patients, families, nursing staff, and medical leadership daily
- Initiative: Self‑starter who can schedule and manage appointments independently with punctuality and professionalism
- Lead multidisciplinary wound care teams across assigned care locations, conducting weekly wound rounds and house calls within your region
- Deliver high-quality skin and wound care every visit, including assessment, dressing application, pressure relief, pain/odor management, and minor surgical procedures
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies to guide care decisions and build individualized treatment plans aligned with UWH's Clinical Practice Guidelines
- Maintain timely documentation in UWH's wound care EMR to track healing progress
- Collaborate virtually with UWH's board-certified medical physicians and surgeons across wound care, dermatology, podiatry, vascular surgery, and infectious disease
