RequirementsRequirements:
- Active RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
- Minimum 2–3 years of recent Emergency Room experience
- MEDITECH EMR experience preferred
- Strong independent decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Department Overview:
- 11-bed Emergency Department
- Average daily census of approximately 37 patients
- Care for a wide variety of emergency and trauma-related patient populations
- In-house respiratory therapy available 24/7
- Security services available on-site
Responsibilities:
- Direct patient care across all ER functions, including triage, patient monitoring, medication administration, lab draws, and emergency interventions
- Interpretation of telemetry strips as needed
- Collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality emergency care
