Registered Nurse - L&D/PP/Nursery
Location: Pendleton, OR

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Rotating day and night 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM-7:00 PM or 7:00 PM-7:00 AM), block scheduling, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Roles & Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients, including monitoring and supporting through delivery
- Manage postpartum care for mothers and newborns, ensuring a smooth transition
- Care for routine and intermediate nursery patients, including stabilization and transfer if needed
- Titrate drips such as Pitocin, Mag Sulfate, and Insulin as ordered
- Serve as charge nurse and coordinate unit activities
- Float to other units as a helping hand when census allows
- Utilize FE Centricity fetal monitoring system
- Labor and delivery nursing care
- Postpartum and newborn assessment
- Routine and intermediate nursery management
- Drip titration (Pitocin, Mag Sulfate, Insulin)
- Fetal monitoring (FE Centricity)
- Charge nurse leadership
- Floating and adaptability

Requirements- Active Oregon RN license or eligibility for 90-day emergency license
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Strong experience in L&D, postpartum, and nursery care
- Ability to work independently and be a reliable backup for teammates
- Comfort with drip titration and managing both labor and postpartum patients
- Charge nurse experience preferred
