Senior Property Manager – Westgate Apartment Homes | $66,560–$87,360/year
Location: Pendleton, OR Westgate Apartment Homes (204 Units)
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Classification: Exempt
Stratum is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead operations at Westgate Apartment Homes
, a 204-unit apartment community. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property management professional who enjoys leading teams, driving occupancy, enhancing resident satisfaction, and delivering strong financial performance.
- $66,560–$87,360 annual salary
- $50/month cell phone stipend

- Lead, coach, and support on-site team members
- Manage leasing performance, occupancy, and resident retention
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and rent collections
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and landlord‑tenant regulations
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and vendor services
- Resolve resident concerns while fostering a positive community environment
- Previous property management experience required
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord‑tenant laws
- Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
